The length of the poles, adjustable from 100 to 130 cm in 5 cm increments, allows for a perfect fit to the user's height, which is crucial for effectiveness and safety during walking. The Trigger Shark 2.0 system is another innovation that enables quick attachment and removal of the glove, which is invaluable in dynamically changing training conditions.

The poles are also equipped with Shark Frame Strap Mesh straps, which provide additional support and distribute pressure evenly, reducing wrist strain. The pole diameter is 16 mm, ensuring the appropriate stiffness necessary during walking.
