The solid hardshell construction, combining a shock-resistant outer shell with a cushioning inner EPS shell, offers guaranteed protection. Whether you are an experienced skier or just starting your adventure on the slopes, this helmet will provide you with a sense of security.

Uvex Supravision® technology prevents fogging, which means your visibility remains crystal clear regardless of the conditions. Moreover, the S2 category with a light transmission level of 18-43% is ideal for changing conditions on the slopes.

An additional bonus for those who wear prescription glasses — the OTG feature ensures comfort and compatibility.

Enhanced acoustics allow you to enjoy excellent ambient hearing without losing noise isolation. The unique monomatic buckle and FAS system ensure that the helmet will sit securely on your head, regardless of the intensity of your ride.

Impact protection

Skiing is classified as a high-risk sport, which means that the greatest possible protection is required during skiing. The helmet offers impact protection, which increases the user[s safety on the slopes.

Hardshell construction

The construction combines two layers. One In mould layer with a much harder and thicker outer shell layer. These layers are not closely interconnected and the helmet itself is nevertheless characterised by a higher weight thanks to this construction.

Active ventilation

The active ventilation system allows the airflow to be individually controlled to suit current needs. Thanks to this solution, excess warm air and moisture will be vented to the outside, without being exposed to excessive cooling.

EN 1077 certification

This is a European safety certificate which certifies that the helmet has passed crash and point tests. The first part of the test determines the maximum force that can act on the helmet during a collision, checking absorption through deformation, while the second tests the strength of the shell during point impacts, such as with a ski pole.

Soft ear muffs

Soft ear muffs are a different helmet design with ear muffs that are not overlapped by the helmet shell. They are extremely soft and protect the ears from the cold without interfering with sound reception. They do not, however, provide protection against injuries that may occur in the event of an accident.

EPS inner shell

Under the outer, impact-resistant shell, there is an inner layer made of polystyrene. It has a varying density and its main function is to absorb the force of impact during an accident. It provides a good level of safety.

Monomatic fastening

The chin strap uses a Monomatic type closure. This is a very precise locking system that allows multi-stage adjustment. Operating this fastener with ski gloves is not a problem, and the system itself does not allow spontaneous release.

Integrated viewfinder

The construction with an integrated visor guarantees a well-fitting visor to the shape of the helmet. In addition, the lens has a much larger surface area than that used in goggles, which increases the field of vision and, thanks to the large space between the visor and the face, corrective goggles can be worn without difficulty.

Fas Adapting System - The strap system responsible for the precise fit of the UVEX helmet. It ensures that the helmet adapts well to the different head shapes and holds firmly in any situation. It thus increases safety and comfort.

Supravision®

The Supravision® technology used in the goggles ensures optimum vision in all weather conditions. This is a special coating applied to the inner part of the lenses to prevent the glasses from fogging up, even in large temperature changes.

Hardshell

Special helmet shell moulding technology applied to EPS foam. Guarantees high resistance to external impacts and absorbs shocks.

IAS

The IAS system allows adjustment of both the circumference of the helmet and the depth of the helmet on the head.
