I have a foot of 23.5 and usually wear a size 37, which is the size I bought suggesting the chart. Unfortunately the shoes turned out to be too small by about 3mm. So I would recommend choosing a larger size.
And the remark from the Shop that the size is oversized should be changed, because it is exactly the opposite.
