The unique BTX Banana technology is a combination of rocker between the bindings with a slight camber outside them. Classic boards have two contact edges, but Lib Tech T.Rice offers as many as seven. The special wavy edge Magne-Traction® guarantees unparalleled stability and confidence while riding, even on icy slopes. 

The specially designed core combines two different types of wood: aspen and paulownia. Aspen provides board durability, while paulownia helps reduce its weight. All cores are produced at the Mervin Mfg factory.

The combination of fiberglass laid both crosswise and lengthwise adds significantly more pop and control to the board. The board features a pressed base, which not only ensures speed but is also easy to repair in case of damage.

Reinforcements running along the board’s sidewalls, Birch Internal Sidewalls, make the board even more durable and offer greater control and pop while riding.

Bio Beans Top Sheet is an innovative laminate that forms the top layer of the Lib Tech Skate Banana snowboard.
