The unique BTX Banana technology is a combination of rocker between the bindings with a slight camber outside them. Thanks to this hybrid board shape, you get a compromise between ease of turning and performing tricks, while still maintaining excellent edge hold. This solution revolutionized snowboarding.

Classic boards have two contact edges, but Lib Tech Skate Banana offers as many as seven. The special wavy edge Magne-Traction® guarantees unparalleled stability and confidence while riding, even on icy slopes. 

The specially designed core combines two different types of wood: aspen and paulownia. Aspen provides board durability, while paulownia helps reduce its weight. All cores are produced at the Mervin Mfg factory.

The combination of fiberglass laid both crosswise and lengthwise adds significantly more pop and control to the board. The board features a pressed base, which not only ensures speed but is also easy to repair in case of damage.

Reinforcements run along the board’s sidewalls, Birch Internal Sidewalls, making the board even more durable and offering greater control and pop while riding.

The top layer of the board is made from durable and eco-friendly materials, which is important both for you and the environment.
