Specifically: in the pool without a wetsuit 1000 metres I swim at an average speed of 2minutes 20 seconds, in open water without a wetsuit about 2 minutes, in this wetsuit today I swam 700 metres at an average speed of one minute 46 seconds. I'm 183cm tall, weigh 71.5kg size M is perfect for me, for my son (15 years old, 173cm, 63kg) it was too wide, it made a "sack" on his back, I bought him size ST which is perfect. The zip works well, although the quick release I don't usually use. There is velcro on the collar and a sort of 'cap' for it - don't throw it away as without it the velcro damages the sleeve a lot when getting the foam on!
