    The women's ski helmet Rachel by HEAD is a true breakthrough in safety and comfort for fans of winter sports. Its innovation has been repeatedly recognized by industry awards, which speaks to the high standard it represents.

    Thanks to the use of In-Mold technology, the Rachel helmet is exceptionally lightweight without compromising maximum protection. The sturdy and lightweight shell made of polycarbonate and the inner EPS layer effectively absorb impacts while keeping the helmet's weight low. The 360° Microshell protection system is an innovative solution that guarantees comprehensive head protection.

    The quick lens change system allows the helmet to be adapted to various weather conditions. Built-in spherical lenses provide excellent visibility, and the UV400 & Anti Fog technology protects the eyes from harmful UV radiation and prevents fogging.

    The helmet is also equipped with a neck guard and detachable ear pads, which add functionality in diverse weather conditions. The Fidlock buckle is synonymous with speed and ease when putting on or taking off the helmet.

    PC shell
    The shell is made of durable polycarbonate. It is a durable and abrasion- and impact-resistant material, characterised by its low weight. It is able to dissipate more impact force than thermoplastic and is relatively cheap to produce, resulting in a more attractive helmet price.
    Fidlock fastener
    The chin strap uses a Fidlock type fastener. This is a simple fastener that operates using magnets. Its operation is quick and easy, even with thick ski gloves. It is both strong and durable.
    Active ventilation
    The active ventilation system allows the airflow to be individually controlled to suit current needs. Thanks to this solution, excess warm air and moisture will be vented to the outside, without being exposed to excessive cooling.
    EN 1077 certification
    This is a European safety certificate which certifies that the helmet has passed crash and point tests. The first part of the test determines the maximum force that can act on the helmet during a collision, checking absorption through deformation, while the second tests the strength of the shell during point impacts, such as with a ski pole.
    Soft ear muffs
    Soft ear muffs are a different helmet design with ear muffs that are not overlapped by the helmet shell. They are extremely soft and protect the ears from the cold without interfering with sound reception. They do not, however, provide protection against injuries that may occur in the event of an accident.
    EPS inner shell
    Under the outer, impact-resistant shell, there is an inner layer made of polystyrene. It has a varying density and its main function is to absorb the force of impact during an accident. It provides a good level of safety.
    Integrated viewfinder
    The construction with an integrated visor guarantees a well-fitting visor to the shape of the helmet. In addition, the lens has a much larger surface area than that used in goggles, which increases the field of vision and, thanks to the large space between the visor and the face, corrective goggles can be worn without difficulty.
