    Women's shoes Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 38 are a model with which you can explore the city, both during daily walks and running training on urban sidewalks. They are extremely soft to provide comfort during longer runs on hard surfaces. The sole has been widened to make more room for the toes, and the inner webbing straps stabilize the foot. 

    More foam has been used in the tongue, which helps cushion the top of the foot during running. The midsole made of Nike React foam is extremely resilient and lightweight, yet durable, so the shoes will last a long time. It guarantees a high level of cushioning during running on hard surfaces. A Zoom Air gas cushion is placed in the midfoot area, which improves running dynamics. The drop from heel to toes in this model is 10 mm, which cushions the heel well, protecting beginner runners from injuries.

    A lightweight, resilient foam that is part of the midsole of Nike shoes. It provides good cushioning, dynamics and durability.     Zoom Air

      How to measure the length of your foot - instructions in 4 steps

      1. Prepare a sheet of paper and set it on a hard, non-slippery surface - it is best to tape it to the floor.

      2 Stand barefoot on a piece of paper - distribute your body weight evenly and set your foot straight.

      3. Mark the tip of the big toe and the back of the heel - preferably holding the pencil vertically.

      4. Take off the foot and measure the distance between the marks - this is the length of the foot. Repeat for the other foot and choose a larger measurement, matching it to the size chart.
