La Sportiva Solar II are ski touring boots dedicated to versatile skiers who seek the best combination of performance during ascents and descents, as well as comfort. The ease of fitting and use makes them ideal for those starting their ski touring adventure, expecting versatile and efficient equipment.

Anatomic inner boot guarantees excellent fit and maximum comfort. The use of the BOA® Fit system allows for even greater precision and exceptionally easy putting on and taking off the boot. The cuff range of motion of 68° ensures maximum mobility during quick movements and safety in every situation. Meanwhile, the patented ski/walk system called SWING-LOCK™ facilitates the transition from climbing mode to descent.

Solar II are comfortable, safe boots that guarantee speed during climbing as well as high performance and smoothness on descents.

BOA® Fit System

Pebax®

Mondopoint is the length of the foot (measured from the heel to the tip of the big toe).

How to measure the length of your foot - instructions in 4 steps

    1. Prepare a sheet of paper and set it on a hard, non-slippery surface - it is best to tape it to the floor.

2 Stand barefoot on a piece of paper - distribute your body weight evenly and set your foot straight.

    3. Mark the tip of the big toe and the back of the heel - preferably holding the pencil vertically.

    4. Take off the foot and measure the distance between the marks - this is the length of the foot. Repeat for the other foot and choose a larger measurement, matching it to the size chart.

How to measure insole length - instructions in 3 steps

    1. Remove the insole from a shoe that fits well on your foot and place it on a flat, hard surface.

    2. Mark the tip of the insole (the furthest point near the toe) and the back of the heel.

    3. Measure the distance between the marked points with a ruler or tape measure - this is the length of the insole, which should be compared with the size chart.
