    Women's shoes Mizuno Wave Ultima 13 are designed for running on hard surfaces, such as asphalt. They increase the dynamics of the run and offer good cushioning, thanks to the use of Mizuno Enerzy foam in the midsole. It improves rebound, returns energy, and is durable. The technology SmoothRide is responsible for shock reduction and easier foot rollover.    

    The Wave Ultima 13 model is intended for people with neutral and supinating feet. Comfort during running is enhanced by the removable Premium Insock insole and supporting panels placed on the sides of the upper. With these shoes, you will run dynamically, and every step will be stable and properly cushioned.

      How to measure the length of your foot - instructions in 4 steps

      1. Prepare a sheet of paper and set it on a hard, non-slippery surface - it is best to tape it to the floor.

      2 Stand barefoot on a piece of paper - distribute your body weight evenly and set your foot straight.

      3. Mark the tip of the big toe and the back of the heel - preferably holding the pencil vertically.

      4. Take off the foot and measure the distance between the marks - this is the length of the foot. Repeat for the other foot and choose a larger measurement, matching it to the size chart.
