The Salewa Wildfire Leather GTX shoes are a men's hiking model also suitable for everyday use. They are designed to provide support and cushioning while traversing difficult mountain terrain. The technologies and materials used make this shoe versatile and durable, with the added benefit of protection against bad weather.

The upper is made of 1.4 mm thick suede leather, known for its durability. It also features a GORE-TEX® Extended Comfort membrane. Thanks to this, unexpected rain and groundwater will not penetrate inside the shoe. The flexible insert on the tongue provides additional protection against soaking. The entire shoe remains exceptionally breathable, which improves sweat evaporation to the outside. Feet stay dry even during demanding hikes.  

Special Kevlar fibers in the upper are also worth noting. This is the proven SALEWA 3F system, which adds flexibility, ensures proper fit, and provides support on uneven terrain. The midsole is made of cushioning EVA foam that absorbs shocks on uneven and hard surfaces.  

The self-cleaning POMOCA® Speed MTN Path outsole with aggressive tread ensures optimal traction on mud and soft ground. A special climbing zone under the toes and a rubber compound guarantee a secure step on flat rocky surfaces and smaller footholds. The S-Path zone promotes a more natural and smoother foot roll during dynamic movement at a fast pace.
