Innovative ski boots with medium stiffness are perfect for intermediate skiers who want to continue developing their skills. Tecnica Mach1 110 LV was designed for men with low volume feet, and the stiff shell holds firmly, making the boot exceptionally precise.

These boots feature many practical solutions that have resulted in an exceptionally comfortable and anatomically fitted model. The first of these is the shell made with C.A.S. technology. It uses structural indentations, which reduce surface tension, and the special material used allows the boot to be easily molded and maintain its shape for a long time.

Another innovative solution is the applied T-Drive technology, which guarantees consistent flex regardless of temperature. The shell is strongly connected to the cuff, which positively affects the reduction of deformation. Additionally, the soft cuff makes it easier to get in and out of the boot. There is also a LIFT LOCK mechanism that keeps the buckles up and away from the shell, which also speeds up putting the boots on. Double adjustment of the boot on the inner and outer sides allows for precise calf positioning.

High thermal comfort is maintained by the inner insole with Celliant® insulation. It prevents moisture buildup, and its greatest advantage is that it absorbs heat generated by the body and reflects it back, improving blood circulation.

The carbon connector used in the shell allows for quicker edge transitions, increased lateral strength and stability, as well as precise edge control.

The shell equipped with four aluminium micro-adjustable buckles and a 45 mm strap fastened with Velcro ensures a secure fit.

But the internal C.A.S. LIGHT LINER can be thermoformed and ground to achieve an even better fit. The heel is perfectly held in place, thanks to the micro-cellular structure of the material.

Technologies

GripWalk

A system used in the soles of ski boots to improve walking comfort. The GripWalk soles are fully coated with a high-friction material for grip on any surface. The integrated ribbed tread enables direct and efficient energy transfer to the bindings.

C.A.S. LIGHT LINER

Anatomically shaped insoles ensure a precise fit. Micro-cellular, dual-density C.A.S. material is positioned around the heel to provide excellent hold. The material allows heat moulding for further personalisation. The flexible structure of the back of the inner boot ensures easier walking and features Recco technology for added safety. A waterproof, breathable membrane keeps feet warm and dry.

C.A.S. SHELL

The C.A.S. SHELL has an anatomical shape that adapts to the foot for a better adjustment. Thanks to the indentations on the shell, it provides less surface tension and makes it easier to heat and adjust the shell. The shell retains its new shape better and longer.

T.DRIVE

T-Drive technology creates a stronger and more efficient connection between the cuff and shell, which preserves the flexibility of the shoe and prevents plastic deformation. This means less energy dissipation and more efficient power transmission. The dynamic carbon joint creates a longer lever arm compared to traditional ski boots, allowing for faster edge-to-edge transitions. T-Drive technology provides progressive flex regardless of temperature, maintaining the same shape and a more consistent fit.

CELLIANT®

The Celliant lining is a composition of 13 thermoreactive minerals that convert body heat into infrared energy. Infrared penetrates deep into the tissue, increasing circulation, oxygen and blood flow. This improves heat retention, performance, thermoregulation and accelerates recovery. Lambswool provides additional insulation.
