Children's ski helmet POC POCito Skull designed for use while skiing protects the head in case of unfortunate events. The 360° fit system provides easy and comfortable adjustment. Advanced design and applied technologies ensure shock absorption and comfort.

The shell made of polycarbonate and ABS as well as a multi-layer EPP core provide durability and safety during falls. Aramid panels allow better shock absorption by dispersing the impact force over the entire surface of the helmet.

Earmuffs provide warmth and additionally protect the ears. The helmet is equipped with a RECCO reflector, which enables locating the skier in case of an avalanche accident.

The set includes a LED light that can be attached to the helmet, as well as a comfortable and lightweight POCito Bib vest that can be worn over a jacket. Its orange fluorescent color combined with reflective applications will provide the child with better visibility after dark and in conditions of poor visibility on the slope.

PC shell

The shell is made of durable polycarbonate. It is a durable and abrasion- and impact-resistant material, characterised by its low weight. It is able to dissipate more impact force than thermoplastic and is relatively cheap to produce, resulting in a more attractive helmet price.

Hard ear muffs

Hard ear muffs are otherwise known as hard-ear construction, i.e. a built-up design of this area. EN 1077 certification

This is a European safety certificate which certifies that the helmet has passed crash and point tests. The first part of the test determines the maximum force that can act on the helmet during a collision, checking absorption through deformation, while the second tests the strength of the shell during point impacts, such as with a ski pole.

EPP inner shell

Underneath the outer, impact-resistant shell, there is an inner layer of foamed polypropylene, which is highly resilient. Its main function is to absorb the force of impact during an accident.

Adjustment of size by means of a dial

A classic adjustment system that allows the helmet to be precisely adjusted to the circumference of the head. Using the rotary knob, the helmet can be easily and quickly increased or decreased in several sizes. The correct fit of the helmet increases safety when riding.
