    Lightweight women's hiking shoes KEEN Terradora Flex Mid with waterproof and breathable KEEN.DRY membrane for mountain trekking. The upper is made of breathable mesh and reinforced with synthetic inserts.  

    The outsole KEEN.ALL-TERRAIN with a tread featuring 4 mm lugs provides grip and good traction on varied terrain, including mud. Comfort on the trail is enhanced by an internal sole made of EVA foam and an anatomical insole that cushions every step.

    This model also features KEEN.BELLOWES.FLEX technology, which reduces energy expenditure by 60% with every step on the trail. Additionally, the shoe easily bends at the point where cracks often occur.

      How to measure insole length - instructions in 3 steps

      1. Remove the insole from a shoe that fits well on your foot and place it on a flat, hard surface.

      2. Mark the tip of the insole (the furthest point near the toe) and the back of the heel.

      3. Measure the distance between the marked points with a ruler or tape measure - this is the length of the insole, which should be compared with the size chart.

      How to measure the length of your foot - instructions in 4 steps

      1. Prepare a sheet of paper and set it on a hard, non-slippery surface - it is best to tape it to the floor.

      2 Stand barefoot on a piece of paper - distribute your body weight evenly and set your foot straight.

      3. Mark the tip of the big toe and the back of the heel - preferably holding the pencil vertically.

      4. Take off the foot and measure the distance between the marks - this is the length of the foot. Repeat for the other foot and choose a larger measurement, matching it to the size chart.
