The helmet is designed to provide safety and comfort on the slopes. Salomon created the Icon Lt Access helmet, which offers a high level of safety and comfort thanks to its low weight of only 340 g. Under the outer hard, yet lightweight shell made of PC there is Salomon's patented EPS 4D foam. It is responsible for excellent energy absorption of lateral and vertical impacts. Icon Lt Access meets European and American safety standards for ski helmets.
Comfort while skiing is ensured by the helmet's very good ventilation. The AirFlow System consists of numerous ventilation channels integrated into the EPS 4D lining. They enable optimal airflow, excess heat removal, and help maintain the right temperature around the head.
Good helmet fit also contributes to safety while skiing. The integrated dial with the lining allows for quick and easy adjustment of the helmet to the shape of the head. During intense activity, the scalp may sweat more. Thanks to the use of AdvancedSkin ActiveDry technology, the material dries quickly, which increases comfort.

3D headphones have a perforated design, which allows sound to be transmitted better, and they are also compatible with the audio system. MaxFit Construction involves changing their shape to a "V", so they fit perfectly.

If needed, the lining insert of the helmet can be easily removed and washed in the washing machine. This helps maintain a high level of hygiene, especially after intense activity on the slopes.
