The Shimano XTR RD-M9100 rear derailleur is equipped with Shadow RD+ technology, which hides behind the cassette to prevent damage from obstacles encountered on the trail. This model features a large 13-tooth sprocket and a clutch with a progressive spring that optimises chain tension on the large sprocket. The carbon fibre cage provides high stiffness while reducing weight. The chain wheels are fitted with sealed bearings, ensuring smooth operation and high durability.
