Enervit Sport Isotonic Gel is an energy product based on maltodextrin and vitamins, with the addition of 60 mg of caffeine. It is recommended for use during intense and prolonged exercise, especially for people with a sensitive digestive system. The isotonic properties of the product significantly reduce the risk of gastrointestinal discomfort, such as cramps, nausea, and diarrhea. The source of carbohydrates is maltodextrin – a substance with a mild taste and a lower perceived sweetness level. Enervit Isotonic Gel is suitable for use in all phases of prolonged exercise (especially during the first 2 hours of physical activity).

Usage:
Take up to 3 isotonic gels with caffeine daily. For prolonged effort, combine caffeine products with another caffeine-free carbohydrate source (gels, isotonic drink, Enervit Sport Carbo Tablets, Isocarb 2:1).
