Product description

Ski helmet UVEX Race 4 black (56/6/347/12/04)

UVEX Race 4 black ski helmet is a solid solution for winter sports enthusiasts, providing protection and comfort. Made with In-Mold technology, it features a durable construction that effectively absorbs impacts. Additionally, the use of the monomatic system facilitates quick and secure fastening of the helmet.

Construction and safety

The In-Mold technology used in the UVEX Race 4 helmet combines a polycarbonate shell with expanded polystyrene, increasing its durability and protective effectiveness. The hard ear pads provide an additional protective element, shielding against side impacts. The absence of an adjustment system has been compensated by a precise fitting of the design, which enhances stability during use.

Comfort and convenience

UVEX Race 4 black ski helmet is equipped with an anti-allergenic lining that minimizes the risk of skin irritations. The removable lining allows for easy maintenance of hygiene, which is important during intensive use. The Hear+ Ear Pads technology ensures better audibility, which can improve orientation in the terrain.

Materials and ecology

The UVEX Race 4 helmet uses COOLMAX® EcoMade material, which is characterised by excellent moisture-wicking properties, thereby increasing thermal comfort. The use of environmentally friendly materials in the production of the helmet is an additional advantage for those concerned about ecology.

Technologies

monomatic system

A quick fastening system used in bicycle helmets that allows free adjustment and fit to the wearer.

In-Mould

In-mold is a manufacturing method in which the outer shell of the helmet is permanently bonded to a layer of inner protective foam during moulding. This makes the helmet lighter, more durable and better absorbs impacts. The process also provides an aesthetically pleasing finish and increased structural durability.

Hear+ Ear Pads

Soft, replaceable hear+ ear pads provide high comfort even during long wear. Their structure supports ventilation and effectively reduces pressure points around the ears. This improves fit and increases comfort without compromising protective properties.

Coolmax® ecomade

COOLMAX® EcoMade is an advanced functional fabric designed for effective moisture wicking and quick drying, helping to keep your skin dry even during intense activity. The specially structured fibres support temperature regulation and improve comfort in changing conditions.
