Ski helmet POC Obex MIPS bronzite brown matt (10113)

POC Obex MIPS Ski Helmet bronzite brown matt is an advanced model intended for skiers seeking a high level of protection. It features a hybrid design that combines various materials to provide optimal durability and lightness. Additionally, the use of Mips® technology enhances head protection during falls.

Safety and technologies

The POC Obex MIPS ski helmet has CE EN 1077 Class B and ASTM F 2040 certifications, confirming its compliance with high safety standards. The Mips® technology minimises the risk of brain injuries by reducing rotational forces during impacts. The In-Mold construction allows for effective bonding of expanded polystyrene (EPS) with polycarbonate (PC), further enhancing the level of protection.

Construction and comfort

POC Obex MIPS Ski Helmet bronzite brown matt is equipped with active ventilation, allowing for air flow regulation and maintenance of optimal temperature inside the helmet. The adjustment system with a dial enables precise fitting to the shape of the head, while the presence of ear pads provides additional thermal comfort in cooler conditions. The buckle used for fastening is easy to use, ensuring quick donning and doffing of the helmet.

Materials and finish

The POC Obex MIPS ski helmet uses durable materials such as acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) copolymer, which is highly resistant to impacts. With the application of 360º technology, the user can count on full protection and stability of the helmet on the head while skiing.
