I was really disappointed – I’d been waiting for delivery for nearly two weeks, and the mask arrived scratched, without its protective film, and smudged. It feels as though someone’s worn it, or that it’s a display item that loads of people have tried on. Perhaps it wasn’t stored properly; I don’t know, as there was no mention of this in the product description – that masks can have such issues. It was really disappointing to wait so long only to receive a product of such poor quality.
