Excellent, but watch out for the size

If you’ve previously worn a size 43 1/3 in the Speedgoat 6, you’ll need to go for a size 44 with these, otherwise they’ll unfortunately be too small. But once you’ve got the size right, they’re a brilliant shoe.

I’d recommend comfortable shoes with good grip; my only concern is the tread – I’ve covered a total of 49 km without any running, and you can already see some wear on the tread, so I’m wondering how long they’ll last – but I’ll write more about that in time. Overall, I highly recommend them 💪

Versatile training trousers that are also suitable for competitions.

The latest iteration of the iconic Hoki boot. Versatile training boots for all surfaces. They offer excellent cushioning, yet the shoe doesn’t feel heavy on the foot and allows you to tackle both fast and slow runs. It’s very stable – in my opinion, one of the most stable shoes I’ve ever owned – and performs perfectly on both uphill runs and fast descents. The Vibram Megagrip sole is the very best of the best. I highly recommend them.

Comfortable

A good, fast off-road shoe. Good grip and cushioning. Unfortunately, the build quality leaves something to be desired. The material started to wear after just 20 km.

One size up

I have a well-worn pair of Speedgoat 5s in size 451/3. The Speedgoat 7 in that size turned out to be too small. Also, when comparing the 5 and the 7, the upper is completely different.

Super comfort and appearance

Comfortable, holds the heel well. Mega lightweight. On a daily basis I wear shoes with an insole of 28.5 cm here I had to take size 46, i.e. 29.5 cm. I can confidently recommend. I previously had the Hoka Challenger 7 and I must admit that the Challengers, however, more versatile and more comfortable.

Recommended shoes. Very comfortable and stable for long ultra running. On the minus side, the tread was coming off quickly because the first signs were visible after the first 50 km - that's how speedgoats have it unfortunately;-(.
