    The original Limited Hull Technology (LTD) consists of several layers of fiberglass and carbon fibre, resin, paint, and lacquer. LTD hulls are handcrafted based on years of experience in board construction. The core of the board is precisely shaped using industrial methods, and then the individual layers are added by hand. The final layer is shaped using vacuum forming, and paint and graphics are then applied by hand.
