Quality and complaints
I bought these shoes and unfortunately I was very disappointed. After 2 weeks they started to get soaked, even when slightly wet, so it is practically impossible to wear them normally. I made a complaint but it was rejected 2 times, which I do not agree with. Shoes should not behave like this after such a short time of use. It's a shame, because I was hoping for better quality and a different approach to the customer.
