I have tackled routes through the mountains with this rucksack with a load of 14-15kg without any problems. The carrying system transfers the weight very well to the hips. It is worth spending some time and even asking for help to adjust it. Once I had adjusted the height, the weight of the backpack was only felt when putting it on and taking it off. A capacious brain that can be reached without removing the backpack.
