Women's shoes HOKA ONE ONE model Speedgoat 5 are an improved, lighter version of trail running shoes. They perform well in mountainous, demanding terrain thanks to the use of an outsole made of high-quality Vibram Megagrip rubber compound. It is characterized by high abrasion resistance and offers a secure step even on slippery surfaces. Its flexible construction ensures safety during challenging descents. Increased toe box space and the use of flexible material enhance comfort, even when the foot swells after a long run.
The new tongue design prevents chafing, mainly around the ankle area, and the extended heel counter not only makes it easier to put on but also protects the Achilles tendon. The insole contains a significant amount of CMEVA foam, which is both lightweight and durable. It effectively increases comfort even on long distances. HOKA ONE ONE Speedgoat 5 shoes provide good breathability thanks to the upper made of double jacquard mesh. All of this makes this model reliable during runs in difficult terrain.

I'm more of an asphalt runner but these shoes have worked well for me on my blind and woodland running expeditions. I have no complaints at all. No chafing, plenty of toe room.

Shoes very comfortable, super cushioning. The foot lies well in the shoe. In forest terrain, in undemanding conditions, they can cope. Be careful in the rain. Aesthetically impressive. However, I do not recommend scrubbing the sole foam harder - the paint comes off.
