• What is the Sportano Club?

  Sportano Club is a loyalty programme which provides Sportano.com customers with access to extra discounts and promotions, advance information on sales and exclusive offers, discount vouchers for bike, ski, snowboard and tennis racquet services and participation in exclusive events. In addition, you are entitled to a permanent discount of -10% off the regular price for selected products.

• Is participation in the Sportano Club free?

  Yes, you pay nothing for your Sportano Club membership. You can join the programme for free by registering online or by logging into your existing Sportano.com account.

• Who can join the Sportano Club loyalty programme?

  Any person can become a member of the Sportano Club by registering on Sportano.com and filling in the appropriate form. If you are already a Sportano customer and have an account with us, simply log in and express your wish to join the programme.

• How long are the accumulated points valid?

  The accumulated points are valid for 6 months from the moment of activation. After this period, the points lose their validity and are removed from the account.

• How do levels work at the Sportano Club?

  There are 3 levels available at the Sportano Club: Bronze, Silver and Gold. To progress to the next level, you need to collect a certain amount of points. As you start the next level, you gain more rewards. What's important is that once you've used up your points, the level doesn't decrease, meaning that even if you spend all your points, you can still enjoy the benefits available within it.

• How can I redeem my points?

  You can use the collected points, which are already active, for your next purchases at Sportano.com. To reduce the value of your order using points, go to the shopping cart and enter the number of points you wish to use. Using points you can reduce the value of your order by up to 30%. Points must be used before the expiry date.

• How does the permanent 10% discount work?

  Each club member receives a fixed discount, which reduces the value of the products by 10%. The discount is calculated on the regular price of the selected products. The discount is calculated automatically - you do not need to enter an additional code. If the discount is not calculated, the product is excluded from the promotion.

• How do referrals work?

  Referrals give you the opportunity to earn extra points for each friend. All you have to do is share the invitation link with the person of your choice (e.g. via email, Facebook or Twitter) and they will register for the programme and complete their first purchase. The points will be active 45 days after the order has been dispatched, unless the invited person returns the purchase.

• What if I return a product from a purchase where points have been used?

  If you return a product which you have paid for with points, they will be credited back to your points pool.
