The ABS plastic construction features walls 3.6 mm thick, additionally reinforced at the corners with 3 mm plates. Inside, the sides are lined with 30 mm foam inserts that protect the bike from damage. The hinges and four clasps with locks are made from durable stainless steel.
Internal stabilisation system and covers
Specially shaped sides with space for wheels up to 74 cm in diameter are separated from the frame by foam inserts. The base under the bottom bracket protects the crankset and chain during transport. The set includes dedicated cassette covers, chainstay protectors, and a hanger insert.
Ease of transport and external dimensions
