    This low-profile Shimano baitcasting reel is a response to the needs of anglers who are looking for a reel for special tasks. It works great when using heavy lures. It is ideal for fishing in both freshwater and saltwater. This model is perfect for fishing with lures weighing over 100 grams.

    The HAGANE body of this reel is made of durable aluminum. This increases its rigidity and resistance to overloads, minimizing the chance of deformation.

    The Tranx baitcasting reel is equipped with a X-Ship drive, which is a combination of many elements working together for maximum efficiency. By shifting the pinion closer to the main gear, more power is transferred from the handle to the rotor. The pinion is supported by two Shimano A-RB bearings, resulting in much greater operational stability.
