The POC Fovea ski goggles in granite grey/partly sunny blue guarantee maximum visibility on the slopes thanks to the use of Clarity lenses. Modern optical technologies provide excellent UV radiation protection and effectively reduce fogging during intense activity.

Clarity lens and UV 400 protection

The POC Fovea model is equipped with Clarity lenses, which deliver a clear image and accurate colour reproduction in changing light conditions. Protection from harmful radiation is ensured by the UV-400 filter, which blocks the full spectrum of ultraviolet radiation. The S2 lens category and light transmission of 22% allow for comfortable skiing during partly sunny days.

Advantages

UV protection 400

The UV 400 filter used in the glazing is guaranteed to protect the eyes from harmful ultraviolet radiation. It blocks 99.9% of wavelengths up to 400 nanometres, both UVA, UVB and UVC. The use of goggles with UV protection is a cornerstone that can prevent serious health problems.

Glazing category S2

The lens with the S2 category is the most versatile. It will work well on a slightly cloudy day as well as when the sun is not too strong. It absorbs between 57 and 82% of light and has a slightly darkened surface.

Hydrophobic coating

The lens has been coated with a special coating so that drops hitting the lens surface do not smear, but drip off. This does not impair visual acuity in difficult conditions. The lens itself is thus easy to keep clean, as the coating repels water and grease, and fingerprints rub off very easily.

Anti-Fog coating
