Tip - carefully measure the length of the insole you need. For example, my foot is 26.7-27.0 cm. I always choose an insole that is 5 mm longer than the insole itself...my foot needs to move...so I chose a size 43.5 (27.5 cm). It's nice to have a half-size increase, not a whole centimetre at once.
