The contact zone with the ground has been created from Vibram® Megagrip material to achieve maximum effectiveness during dynamic direction changes on the trail. The special tread pattern cuts through the surface of the ground, ensuring a secure step even when the terrain is slippery or uneven. When quickly ascending or descending, the foot maintains control over every movement thanks to this optimised structure.
Breathable mesh upper

So yes, I wear size 40, I bought Hoka Metafe 5 shoes size 40 2/3, unfortunately the shoes were too small, I had to return them (full refund), they were out of size 41 1/3, I bought Hoka Speedgoat 6 shoes size 41 1/3 - size perfect. I highly recommend Sportano.co.uk, everything without any problems.
