I rate the shoes as very nice they look better in reality than in the photo I have a high instep so it suits me very well the shoe is quite deep, soft. The sole of good rubber does not slip

Good for beginner runners. The foot lies well and does not cause chafing. I recommend buying a slightly larger size, or buying insoles.
