Ingredients: Dextrose (60%), fructose (19%), acid (citric acid), maltodextrin, sodium gluconate, sodium chloride, potassium gluconate, natural lemon flavor, magnesium carbonate, sweeteners (sucralose), pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine hydrochloride.
Allergens: May contain soy, milk, and eggs.

Usage: Prepare one serving by dissolving the contents of one sachet (16g) in a 500 ml bottle of still water. During intense physical activity, it is recommended to consume 500 ml of the product per hour of activity, sipping regularly (one sip approximately every 15 minutes), taking into account the intensity of the effort and environmental conditions.
