Gregory Kiro 24 l RC hiking backpack alpine black
DWR
The DWR coating makes the fabric water repellent, so that water forms droplets on its surface and runs off instead of soaking in. This protects the fabric from getting wet quickly, providing greater comfort in wet conditions, but does not guarantee full water repellency.
SpeedClip
It's a special mount that is fitted to the bladder and allows the bladder to be attached to a system-compatible rucksack instantly and with just one hand.
CloudControl Hipbelt
The CloudControl Hipbelt is a flexible hipbelt from Gregory that dynamically adjusts to your movements while skiing downhill. Its design, inspired by the goggle strap, eliminates loose elements that can get in the way on the chairlift. Thanks to its stretch hip belt, it provides freedom of movement and stable support for the lower back.
Low-Contact Backpanel
The Low-Contact Backpanel is an innovative solution that minimises contact between the backpanel and the wearer's back for improved ventilation and comfort. The 3D structure with open air space increases breathability, reduces pressure points and effectively wicks away moisture. As a result, the backpack remains light and breathable even during intensive use.

STEP 1: MEASURE THE LENGTH OF YOUR BACK FROM THE SEVENTH KNEE DOWN THE BACK TO THE PLACE WHERE THE LINE CROSSES THE BIOTOMAL RETREAT

Follow these three simple steps to correctly determine the length of your torso and select the correct size in any Gregory backpack model. Locate the iliac crest - usually the top of the hip bones are located at the level of the navel. Next, locate the seventh vertebra. - This is the largest lump at the base of the neck. With a tape measure vertically the distance between the above-mentioned points - from the seventh vertebra down the spine to the place where the line crossing the iliac crest crosses.

STEP 2: SELECT A Rucksack MODEL

Knowing the length of your torso, you can easily check which size of backpack will suit you best in the Gregory model you choose. Keep in mind that all backpacks in the collection are measured equally, regardless of gender, so a size M will correspond to a size M regardless of whether it is a unisex, men's or women's backpack.

    STEP 3: FIT THE BACKPACK

When choosing the right size backpack, we recommend trying it on with a load. Then make sure that the top edge of the hip belt is about 2.5 cm above the hip crest shelf. The shoulder straps should wrap smoothly around the shoulders and touch the back about 8 cm below the top of the shoulders. If the shoulder straps are below the said 8 cm, try on a larger backpack size.
