Drop-stitch technology involves joining two layers of material using thousands of nylon threads. These threads are evenly distributed throughout the material, which, when inflated, provides great rigidity. This makes the structure stiff enough that the boards can maintain a shape and hardness comparable to hard boards, even with little air pressure inside. Products made with this technology achieve properties similar to uninflated structures, which ensures high stability and durability.

Innovative technology associated with SUP board finishing. It consists of joining the layers of the board by means of high temperature, dispensing with glue. The final result is a permanently bonded material, without an additional layer of glue. This makes the board lighter, stronger and more rigid.

The sidewalls of the boards use XStrong Double Rail Edge technology, which reinforces them with two layers of material. Combined with Drop Stitch technology, all Gladiator SUP boards can be inflated to 26 PSI for stiffness, adequate performance and stability.
