Ingredients: Maltodextrin, water, fructose, natural cocoa mass (organic), sodium citrate, L-leucine, taurine, L-valine, sea salt, potassium citrate, citric acid, beta-alanine, green tea leaf extract (contains caffeine), calcium carbonate, L-isoleucine, calcium chloride, sodium benzoate (preservative), potassium sorbate (preservative), natural flavour, powdered pectin, medium-chain triglycerides (MCT).

Usage: Consume the gel 15 minutes before activity, then every 30-45 minutes during exercise. The recommended daily intake is 4 sachets and should not be exceeded.
