Men's running shoes HOKA Challenger ATR 7 are an advanced solution for runners looking for neutral training footwear. These shoes are designed for use both on asphalt and off-road, making them a versatile choice for people training in various conditions. They feature the best technologies that provide comfort and support during running.
Sole and cushioning
The HOKA Challenger ATR 7 are equipped with an outsole made of Durabrasion™ rubber, which guarantees durability and excellent grip on various surfaces, increasing safety during running. The midsole made of CMEVA provides proper cushioning, protecting joints and enhancing comfort during long training sessions. Upper and breathability
The upper of the HOKA Challenger ATR 7 shoes is a two-layer breathable mesh made from REPREVE® yarn, which significantly increases breathability and thermal comfort, keeping feet at an optimal temperature even during intense training. Materials used for the upper, such as polyester and polyamide (Nylon), support a standard fit and lightweight construction.

The shoes feature a traditional lace-up closure, allowing precise adjustment to the foot, which is important for stability and comfort during running.
Technological support
The CMEVA technology used in the shoe construction provides additional cushioning and reduces pressure on the feet, allowing for comfortable training. This feature makes the HOKA Challenger ATR 7 an ideal partner for every runner who values comfort and durability in their footwear.
Product Details

Upper – Breathability and protection
The upper of the HOKA Challenger ATR 7 shoes is made from a two-layer mesh of REPREVE® yarn, which provides excellent breathability and comfort while running. The high heel counter supports the foot and makes it easier to put on the shoes, while the reinforcement in the toe area protects against stones and other obstacles. This combination of protection and comfort makes the shoes ideal for various trails and conditions.

Midsole – Cushioning and movement fluidity
The shoes are equipped with CmEVA foam, which guarantees exceptional cushioning, reducing shocks and protecting the joints during running. The more aggressive Meta-Rocker supports a smooth roll of the foot, which enhances the dynamics of running, while the natural 5 mm drop ensures a more natural foot positioning and stability on varied terrain.

Grip in all conditions
The outsole is equipped with deep 4 mm studs that provide excellent traction on wet and soft surfaces. By using two types of studs, the shoes offer greater grip on both asphalt and off-road terrains. Durabrasion rubber enhances the durability of the sole, allowing for safe and reliable running on varied surfaces.
Typical training
Not to be messed with in training. For any surface. I have several pairs of Challengers and will have more. When they run out of jdkobtreningiwe, they are then used for walking. I have a rule of thumb that I run 600-650 km in the shoes and then just for walking. I run from the city to the forest and they perform sensationally.
Super training
These are the best and most versatile Hoka model for training. I run from the city to the forest and they can handle any terrain. They are ideal for long base runs and can also handle intervals with ease. After running wear, I use them for walking every day. Very durable. Washed several times and the outside still looks like new.

Ideal
Complies with description. Note on size. Slightly understated numbering. I normally wear 44 here 44 and 2/3 is ok
Elegance
For a running shoe - and pretty and comfortable. And not to mention that they are for flying, not running.

Great shoe
I've run almost 500 km in them and they still look and dampen like new. In the beginning you need to get used to the shoe before it stretches out, about 50-100 km if you have a wider foot. It is also important to tie the shoe correctly and it will reward you with the joy of running. :) It is better to choose a bigger size by EUR 0,5. I have a foot size of 28,5 cm = EUR 44, but 28,5 cm is up to EUR 44,5 for HOKA. If you have a wider foot, feel free to choose the Wide version.
I recommend
Cool
Very good, not perfect...
Slightly too narrow at the front of the foot, despite the fact that I have a small foot they put a little pressure ..., otherwise great and for the forest and asphalt, quite light, we'll see how the durability will be .... In general, at the promotional price of about 400zł I recommend.
Good - not perfect
Overall I am satisfied. Good cushioning, lightweight, for both forest and tarmac.
Unfortunately they slightly knead the front of my foot - too narrow?, even though I don't have a big foot....They are super!
Lightweight and comfortable hybrid sneakers for any terrain.
great
one of the best for off-road use

Suitable for mixed terrain, they have been tested on asphalt and forest trails.
