I really liked the backpack, I was looking for a big one for my gym, I needed a big one (more than 25 litres). It fully corresponds to the description, really thick, durable, and large (it looks like it's 30-35 litres for me). I liked that the laptop compartment is separate, on the back, that there are small cells in the pockets, like for pens or something small.
Among the minuses (but this is personal): I didn't like the top handle, it would be better if it was round, but it's good that it's not thin (thin ones cut your hands). And the chest strap is not adjustable up and down (it's sewn in), it's also on the right strap and gets tangled up when I put it on. On my other backpack, I have it on the left - it's much more comfortable.
