Made from unidirectional carbon fiber, the Marin Headlands 1 frame was designed with versatility in mind. Inspired by mountain bike geometry, it offers ample tire clearance and plenty of mounting points for gear and fenders, making it an extremely versatile and capable "all-terrain" bike. Compatibility with 700c wheels with tires up to 45 mm or 650b up to 47 mm provides flexibility in choosing tires suited to riding conditions.

The crankset made from a forged alloy, with an 11-speed setup and a hollow CrMo spindle, equipped with a Narrow Wide 40T chainring, ensures excellent chain retention and efficient power transfer to the wheels. The 11-speed cassette (11-42T) offers a wide range of gears, allowing smooth and efficient tackling of both flat sections and challenging climbs.

A simple and efficient setup with a single front chainring and an 11-speed cassette at the rear minimizes weight and increases system reliability by reducing the number of moving parts. This configuration provides a wide gear range, performing excellently in various conditions, from steep climbs to fast descents.
