YKK® AquaGuard®
YKK AQUAGUARD waterproof zips used to protect the fabric from moisture. They have a glossy polyurethane finish to retain water.
DWR
The DWR coating makes the fabric water repellent, so that water forms droplets on its surface and runs off instead of soaking in. This protects the fabric from getting wet quickly, providing greater comfort in wet conditions, but does not guarantee full water repellency.
FUTURELIGHT™
An innovative membrane from The North Face which, thanks to its nano-fibre structure, allows air to pass through without sacrificing waterproofness and durability. The nanofibre technology allows the fabric performance to be tailored to the specific sport and use. The membrane has been successfully tested in the harshest mountain conditions.
FlashDry XD™
Fabric technology designed to act like a second skin. It wicks moisture away and helps keep you feeling cool thanks to its quick-drying properties. FlashDry XD™ is also more resistant to damage such as abrasion and tearing.
