To ensure comfort during a hike, it is important that the garment fits well and does not impede movement. The clever construction of this model of shorts, as well as the fabrics used, allow a wide range of movement.
DWR
The DWR coating makes the fabric water repellent, so that water forms droplets on its surface and runs off instead of soaking in. This protects the fabric from getting wet quickly, providing greater comfort in wet conditions, but does not guarantee full water repellency.
Ripstop
A technology that strengthens the fabric by placing additional and stronger fibres at regular intervals.
DURASTRETCH
A fabric used in the production of outdoor clothing by the Salewa brand. It is characterised by good perspiration wicking, elasticity and high tear resistance. DURASTRETCH garments are therefore comfortable and durable.
