    JOYINME model Flow Nano is a high-quality 2 in 1 mat that combines the benefits of a towel and an exercise mat. It is perfect for practicing yoga at home or outdoors, as well as during meditation sessions, stretching, and Pilates.

    The mat with a thickness of 1 mm is ideal as a travel mat or as a top layer for another mat. It is extremely compact, can be folded into a square, and its weight of only 1 kg allows you to take it anywhere.

    As temperature and humidity increase, so does the grip on the mat, making it great for dynamic yoga. Before training, you can also lightly spray the mat's surface with water to achieve optimal grip and enjoy even the most demanding exercises.

    The production process has eliminated the use of toxic adhesives, and the print is made with water-based ink. Made from natural rubber without lead, cadmium, latex, and silicones, it is suitable for recycling.

    Easy to clean

    The mat can simply be wiped with a damp cloth. It can also be washed in the washing machine at a maximum of 30°C if there are stubborn stains. Do not expose it directly to sunlight.
