Advantages

The structure of the material used to make this waistcoat makes it extremely breathable, as it allows water vapour to effectively escape to the outside for optimum comfort.
Windproof
A special construction was used in production to provide full wind protection, allowing trekking and hiking even on very windy days.

Compactness
The small size of the sleeveless allows it to be tucked into a rucksack to carry with you when needed. By using the right construction and fabric, the product folds down to a compact size.
DWR
The DWR coating makes the fabric water repellent, so that water forms droplets on its surface and runs off instead of soaking in. This protects the fabric from getting wet quickly, providing greater comfort in wet conditions, but does not guarantee full water repellency.
DURASTRETCH
A fabric used in the production of outdoor clothing by the Salewa brand. It is characterised by good perspiration wicking, elasticity and high tear resistance. DURASTRETCH garments are therefore comfortable and durable.
POLARLITE
An innovative fleece that provides high insulation and maintains body heat, as well as helping to wick away perspiration and thus prevent hypothermia. POLARLITE is used in the manufacture of fleece jackets, as an inner lining in softshell and hardshell jackets and as a thermal underwear as it can be worn directly against the skin.
TirolWool® Responsive
Technology using a blend of thermoreactive, synthetic materials laced with TirolWool®. Provides excellent thermal comfort and protects the body from hypothermia.
