This model stands out, among other things, for its Meta-Rocker geometry, which supports the natural movement of the foot during running. Another advantage is the soft EVA foam used in the midsole. Thanks to it, every workout will be comfortable, without excessive fatigue. This foam absorbs shocks and vibrations transferred to the joints that occur when the foot strikes a hard surface. For additional comfort, the insole is also made of EVA foam.
To provide you with a feeling of dryness and coolness, especially during long workouts on warm days, the upper of the Clifton 9 shoes is made of breathable mesh. It ensures constant airflow inside the shoe and additionally fits the foot better, offering comfort and stability. The tongue design with a flat construction and a central gusset also enhances comfort and protects against small debris such as sand or pebbles.
This model is characterized by high environmental friendliness. It uses recycled materials and also caters to the needs of vegans by creating a product free from animal-derived ingredients. In this way, Clifton 9 responds to the needs of an increasing number of environmentally conscious people.

Lacing
The classic lacing system allows for individual and quite precise adjustment of the upper to the foot. The foot will be held well and stably in the shoe while running.
Sole
The outer sole is made of Durabrasion rubber, which is characterised by high resistance to abrasion, ensuring long-lasting use of the shoe. Additionally, the 5 mm drop allows the runner to enjoy a natural and comfortable stride, without putting stress on the joints.
Visibility
To make your training sessions on busy streets even safer, a reflective panel has been incorporated into the upper. This way, you will be clearly visible to other road users.

These are the only shoes that made blisters on the instep of my foot after my first run, overall they somehow dig into my instep as if I had flat feet and I don't. I think I chose too soft shoes because my foot hurt within 15 minutes and my knees hurt. I have already bought them, but if I had to choose again I would probably choose the recon model.
