AKU Rocket DFS GTX are dynamic trekking shoes for women, perfect even on the toughest trails. These lightweight hiking shoes combine innovation and comfort, allowing you to easily conquer any terrain.

The Vibram® Rocket Traction Lug outsole combined with Vibram® Megagrip provides incredible grip on any surface, while the 2.0 mm polypropylene insole combined with EVA foam adds stability and cushioning. Additional comfort is provided by the Ortholite® Hybrid insole, partially made from recycled materials, which ensures excellent fit and a fresh feeling all day long.

The shoes are equipped with AKU Elica Natural Stride System technology, which promotes biodynamic efficiency. This means that they support the natural movement of the foot, enhancing comfort and reducing fatigue during prolonged use.

Sole

The main advantage of the Rocket DFS GTX model is the use of innovative Vibram Traction Lug technology, which improves grip and traction by 25% thanks to the special sole construction. As a result, you can be confident that every step is stable and safe, no matter how challenging the terrain is.

Lacing

The key element of this model is the exclusive Dual Fit System (DFS) technology, which allows for adjustments in the precision of fit through the manipulation of two different lacing systems. As a result, you get shoes that fit your foot perfectly and adapt to its shape during any activity.

Upper

The shoe upper has a structure of crossed ribs, protected by a layer of 3D printing. This not only adds durability to the shoes but also gives them an attractive appearance. The upper is made of fabric and microfiber. The lining made of Gore-Tex® Performance Comfort laminate ensures excellent breathability and waterproofness.

IMS

Internal Midsole System - A unique sole construction used in AKU footwear. In such footwear, the foot rests on an anatomically formed midsole without having contact with a hard sole. The insole has a cushioning effect and supports the foot and prevents it from shifting while walking.

OrthoLite® Hybrid

OrthoLite® foam, which has less impact on the environment. Its formula combines 5% recycled rubber and 15% foam from production waste. OrthoLite® Hybrid was therefore created from 20% environmentally friendly materials, but retains excellent cushioning properties and uncompromised performance.

Vibram Traction Lug

An innovative concept from Vibram. Focuses on increasing the grip of the sole of outdoor shoes, leading to improved stability, easier acceleration and stopping. It is based on the special shape of the tabs in the sole.

Elica
