1. If you are between sizes, you can either size down to achieve a snug, racing fit or you can size up for a slightly more spacious, comfortable fit.
2. In order to accommodate a croad chest and shoulders, you may want to select one size bigger then recommended.
3. If you have a long torso, add 2 inches to your actual heigh. For a short torso, subtract 2 inches from your actual height.
4. If females cannot locate their dimensions one the women's sizing chart, they can utilize the men's sizing chart and select a men's wetsuit for the best fit.
