Women's shoes Inov-8 Trailfly Ultra G 280 are perfect for long trail training runs. The outsole is designed with natural foot rollover in mind during running, which is why it features ADAPTER-FLEX technology. A special groove allows the shoe to bend easily, making it flexible, which provides control during the run and good ground feel.  

The midsole uses a nitrogen-infused FlySpeed foam, responsible for excellent energy return. It provides good cushioning while running, and the 8 mm drop from heel to toe further enhances its cushioning, reducing the risk of injury. The entire shoe is extremely lightweight, allowing for higher speeds on the trail.
