This beautiful turquoise (not blue) jacket is quite warm and well insulated - underneath it is enough to wear thermo-active underwear at -2 degrees Celsius. It is lightweight, well-fitting and very well made; it fits superbly. With a body height of 170 cm, the M size is fine.
