Schwinn Airdyne AD6 Air Bike is an air bike from the American brand Schwinn, one of the leaders in the fitness market in the USA. This product features a patented air drive system with unlimited resistance levels – the more intensely you train, the greater the resistance generated by the equipment. It allows synchronous movement of the arms and legs, replicating the natural body motion during training. 

It enables simultaneous training of the upper and lower body or only the upper body by not engaging the legs in the workout.
