    CAPiTA Mega Split men's splitboard black 1221150 (1221150)

    The splitboard CAPiTA Mega Split is a model dedicated to intermediate men. The board combines the advantages of the Mercury and MEGA MERC models, resulting in a very efficient and lightweight construction.

    The Mega Split board is equipped with the HYPERDRIVE™ base. A sintered high molecular weight and high-density polyethylene glide offers incredible acceleration during descents. The Moonshot Pro-Tune™ technology allows efficient water drainage, which also contributes to acceleration. 

    The used 3D Ascend 1 Split Core™ core is a combination of selected pieces of paulownia with a central ABS insert. This combination offers exceptional riding sensations and significantly reduces the board's weight.

    To further reduce weight, PURE MEGACARBON™ was chosen, which is high-quality fiberglass that additionally increases stiffness. The top layer of the board is MEGALITE SKIN™. It also reduces the overall weight of the construction. This thin, matte coating is exceptionally durable.

    The splitboard CAPiTA Mega Split guarantees unforgettable experiences during descents and lightness during ascents. 

    Advantages

    Wooden core
    A model with a wooden core is characterised by its high durability and ability to keep the same shape. A board with such a core is much easier to handle, dampens vibrations well and provides a good feel.
    Mounting 2x4
    The board uses a quantity of inserts of 2 × 4, which allows for more accurate positioning of the bindings. There are two screws in this way of fixing the bindings to the board. The appropriate spacing between the bindings depends on the height of the user.
    Performance
    The performance of this snowboard model is influenced by both the type of construction and the quality materials used. In combination with the right size, this board is very efficient on the slopes and will allow you to enjoy your ride.
